I'm done with the SAT. Before any of you ask how it went, I'll elaborate on it myself.
1) Maths - Awesome, Piece of cake. Not a single question left unattempted. A score of 700-800 expected.
2) Writing - Cool, not as satisfactory as Maths, but not a bad show either. 650-690 is what I expect.
3) Critical Reading - A big letdown, Section 6 was a nightmare. 24 questions to be done in 25 minutes, I was on the 17th question when time was called off. I'm expecting anything between 400-600.
4) Essay - Not as bad as I had expected. The essays in the practice tests were horrifying, so this one came as a pleasant surprise. I wrote a 4-5 mark essay, approximately 350-400 words.
Overall, the paper was not so difficult, except for some of the daunting passages in the CR section. They had no particular theme, no head or tail, baseless passages leading to nowhere. I managed to somehow tackle them, but not as easily as they managed to give me a headache.
Most of all I'm glad that it's over. Now I'm free, with a month of holidays before me, and I plan to spend them at home, enjoying my own company.
P.S. - I'm sorry for the long gap, I was busy studying for the SAT, and life was boring as usual, so I didn't have anything to write over here.
